Terms and Conditions of Zoboa Ltd and NeXtime.co.uk
Any use by you of our website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and your continued use of the website means that you have accepted them and they will apply to all contracts for the sale of product/s by us to you. Acceptance of delivery of any products will also mean your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, although nothing in them will affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to, and may, change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification so it is up to you to check for any changes whenever you visit our website, and particularly before placing an order. Our Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Prices are as set out on the websites, but these exclude delivery charge. The total purchase price, including delivery charge, if any apply, will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to you confirming the order. Payment of the price and delivery charge must be made in full before we dispatch the product/s. We reserve the right to alter any of the prices and/or delivery charge at any time. Confirmation of the price of a product will be made by us when your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
Order acceptance & payment
On receipt of an order, we will send you an email acknowledging your order, however this email does not represent final acceptance of your order by us. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will only take place on the despatch to you of the product/s ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. We reserve the right to choose not to accept an order for any reason.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of products shown on our website are correct at the time when the information was entered. Although we aspire to keep the websites as up to date as possible, the information appearing may not reflect the position precisely at the time you place an order. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time, and we will not be liable to anyone for withdrawing those products or for refusing to process an order. Some of our products may be sold subject to additional terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and warranties and where this applies we will use our reasonable endeavours to include those details in the relevant product description.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Zoboa Ltd. Any use of this website or its content is prohibited without the prior permission of Zoboa Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, or create derivative works of the site, in whole or in part without our prior written permission.
Products supplied within the United Kingdom and Ireland will normally be delivered within the estimated delivery time that is shown when the item is ordered. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date shown, however time of delivery will not be of the essence and we will not be liable to you for any losses, costs, damages or expenses you incur arising out of a failure to meet a delivery date. Delivery will be made to the address you specified in the order and we expect you to make the necessary arrangements to take delivery of the product/s ordered when it is due.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund, for any reason, at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Returns must be made in accordance with our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods we deliver are not those ordered or they are faulty please advise us within 3 days of receipt (by emailing us) so we can assist you in returning them to us, with any original packaging. Return products must be returned to us unused (except where you are returning them because of a fault) and with any original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged on its return journey and so we recommend using a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless faulty. We will normally refund you within 10 working days. Please note that any refund can only be made to the credit/debit card which was used for the original purchase. None of the above returns policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
